Chance 2 Change focuses on building positive relationships, promoting personal development, and improving academic outcomes.

SEND REFERRAL

Referring students to Chance 2 Change can be beneficial for several reasons. Firstly, it provides students with a fresh start and a chance to re-engage with education in a more positive way.

Secondly, the small class sizes and individualized support can help students to overcome any barriers they may have faced in mainstream education. Thirdly, the focus on personal development can help students to develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the future.

Our Referral Process

Our provision is a valuable resource for students who may have struggled in mainstream education.

The referral process for Chance 2 Change involves identifying students who may benefit from our provision, assessing their individual needs, providing individualised support, monitoring progress, and supporting them to reintegrate into mainstream education or transition onto further education or employment.

Our referral process for is a comprehensive and personalized approach to supporting students who are struggling in mainstream education.

It involves a number of different steps, each of which is designed to identify the individual needs of each student and provide them with the support and resources they need to succeed.

I struggle sometimes with mainstream school. At C2C, they help me become grounded and remind me that I can do whatever I dream of in the future. I enjoy going there on the days I can't be bothered to go to school. The staff are really nice and kind.
