Programme Summary
Our programme is specifically designed for young people who are at risk of offending, socially excluded or in need of support.
We understand that sometimes, learners need to speak with a professional outside of their school or household to receive the guidance and direction they require.
Our Mentors work closely with each young person, meeting with them over a set period of time to work towards achievable goals that build self-esteem, improve relationships and attainment, and engage in positive activities within the community.
Our dedicated mentors provide the guidance and support that young people need to refocus on school attendance and achievements, make new friends, find hobbies or develop their interests and talents, stay away from risk-taking behaviour or gangs, and become resilient.

Transferrable Skills
Our programme is specifically designed to cater to the needs of young people with SEND, who are at risk of offending, socially excluded, or in need of support.
Our mentors provide a safe and confidential space for learners to express themselves, free from the pressures of school or home. We work collaboratively with the young person, setting achievable goals that build their self-esteem, improve their relationships, and help them to engage in positive activities within the community.
