Functional Skills

English & Maths

We offer English and Maths skills with our Functional Skills courses from Entry Level to Level 2. With support from our expert tutors we help students achieve nationally recognised qualifications.

Our learning center provides a holistic approach to education. Our expert team works together to create a unique learning experience that encourages learners to develop their numeracy and literacy skills in topics that interest them. We strive to boost our student’s self-esteem and confidence, especially for those who have experienced difficulties in mainstream education.

We offer a personalised curriculum that is tailored to each learner’s needs, with the aim of helping them make positive changes and achieve their full potential.

What We Do

Our Approach

Each of our learners are assigned a dedicated keyworker who offers one-to-one support to build a strong relationship as a role model.

Our key workers work with learners to set achievable goals and resolve problems. They focus on three key areas that lead to success, including enhancing attendance and behavior. Through this approach, we are committed to supporting our learners’ growth and creating a positive impact in their lives.

Our qualifications are designed to empower learners to operate confidently, effectively, and independently in various areas of life.

Through our programs, we strive to cultivate a deeper understanding of essential skills such as effective communication, reading comprehension, and writing.

Our learners will develop the necessary tools to excel in both formal and informal settings. We are committed to providing a supportive learning environment that encourages our learners to reach their full potential and make positive contributions in their communities.

I struggle sometimes with mainstream school. At C2C, they help me become grounded and remind me that I can do whatever I dream of in the future. I enjoy going there on the days I can't be bothered to go to school. The staff are really nice and kind.
